Ice pack

A pack of ice applied on the injured area will be beneficial in speeding up the healing process, making the pain and inflammation bearable as well as reducing or preventing swelling that sometimes happens on the injured elbows. The cold temperatures also slow the metabolism rates on the elbow and this is good for the healing process.

Exercises

You may wonder why use exercises as a treatment when the problem may have resulted from exercises in the first place. Well, exercises for tennis elbow in this case are done in stages and are aimed at relaxing the muscles, accelerating the healing process and eventually ensure that the healing process happens right. This means that the injured elbow should work great when it is completely healed.

There are a few other ways you can make the elbow heal fast and right. They include using compression, keeping the injured elbows elevated, wearing a tennis elbow strap or braces to support the arm and using some medicinal remedies to control the swelling, reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.
